Once upon a time...
Our CEO Brandon Hayes has been running Kalos Consulting — his recruiting company — for about 5 years, and he grew it to a decent size naturally. As Business Owner, husband, and father of 2 beautiful girls, Brandon had to learn the hard way that his busy day was limited because it simply was impossible to implement all his ideas to grow the company, while running the company. One day, he made the decision, which changed everything: "It was time to hire an assistant — to help free up some of my time so I could do, what I do best". Fast-forward... Brandon met Sandra Ensign, a strong and well-respected Executive Assistant, who has helped various entrepreneurs, and top Executives of Fortune 500 companies for years, to exceed as superstars in their field.

It didn't take long before Sandra completely restructured Brandon's professional life as his virtual Executive Assistant. "Never would I've thought that this was even possible and has such an impact..." he said. Friends and partners of the business noticed the change immediately...
